A Call That Changed Her Entire Life

Jacob knew it well that no matter how much he kissed Emily, it was too soon to take away the pain. It was clear to him that she needed more time.

Jacob wanted to be the cure to all of her miseries, but he tried to be rational because he didn't want her to think that he was taking advantage of her vulnerable state.
