Julia was always casual around Samuel. Since he was her best friend, she didn't care too much about her image.

He watched as Julia stuffed cake in her mouth and reached out to wipe the leftover cake on her cheek.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Julia gave Samuel an embarrassed look, not knowing how to react at what just happened.

"You scared me!" Julia heaved a sigh of relief. She placed the cake in front of him and gave him a spoon. "Since you came to visit me, you're allowed to taste the cake."
