Worst of all, their electronic devices, even their torches, were affected by magnetic disturbance. They were engulfed in pitch blackness, and the stones all around them kept shifting. Every so often Trenton would also hear the chilling screams of his men as they were crushed by the shifting stones or wounded by the concealed weapons.
