We couldn’t even get a handyman in without blackmailing them, ” I tell him and he seemed appalled at my words. Considering who his father was, he didn’t seem to hold the same views of rogues, well, at least not as strongly.

" She breathes before rubbing both hands down her face.

“Use the funds. It’s what it is for. When he gets out, he can come work at the hotel for a bit,” I tell her.

Knowing that was a big chunk out of the emergency rogue funds, not that anyone would complain, it’s what it is for.
