Alpha’s Surrogate Chapter 77

The third floor of the pack house was filled with chatter, joking, laughing, and a baby cry.

“Now it is my turn!!!” Lena jumped up and down in place in excitement before she had the good fortune of being able to hold Jennifer’s baby girl in her arms.

Everyone had gathered in the Beta couple’s room to welcome their newborn. Kaiden had positioned himself beside his mate who was still laying on the bed while she was admiring their daughter. Jennifer was happy to see how her beautiful daughter was while she received love and attention from all of her parents’ closest friends.

“I want a pup, Lena,” Tyler murmured, almost reverently.

He kept his gaze fixed on his mate, who had never answered him when he mentioned children.

They had been mates for 2 years and were happy together but Lena did not want a pup anytime soon. Tyler had agreed to wait since he did not want to force his mate into pregnancy until she was ready. But when he saw Kaiden’s baby, his latent yearning to become a parent roared to life.

Tyler became heartbroken when Lena did not respond and refused to look at him. Instead she rested her hand tenderly on the newborn girl, who had just fallen asleep.

“Nevermind,” he muttered, trying to lessen the tension in the air that he had caused because of his words. He assured himself that he just needed to wait a few more months or years.

“I want a daughter” Lena said out of the blue.

“What?” Tyler c****d his brow watching her lift her eyes up to meet his.

“I want a beautiful princess for the two of us, Tyler” she smiled.

A huge smile spread across Tyler’s face as Lena finally agreed to have a pup with him. She jumped on him as he wrapped his arms around her body.

The Doctor had suggested not to crowd the room and let Jen and the baby rest so every couple had been coming to visit the baby one by one. Adira and Zander were the first to come see Jennifer and the pup before Zander took Adira to their room for her check up. The Doctor had been waiting there for them.

Kiara smiled, having a new life in her arms most likely reminded her of the little life that she had been carrying in her belly.

“‘She is so beautiful,” she k!ssed the baby’s forehead while admiring her delicate features. She was a miniature version of Jennifer, but she had Kaiden’s nose. Kiara’s face lit up when she saw her little fingers. Xavier, who was standing behind his woman, smiled at the pup.

“Soon, we will be holding our sons in our arms like this,” he whispered into Kiara’s ear.

When the young Luna lifted her head to gaze at her smiling mate, she k!ssed him on the nose. Yes, they would soon have their lovely sons. The Alpha couple had been anticipating their sons’ arrival with bated breath. The Moon Goddess had blessed them with twins, who were due in a few months. Xavier and Kiara planned to keep their twins a secret until this evening, when everyone gathered together in the living room. Everyone was overjoyed to learn that they were going to have two new Princes.

“Yes” Kiara smiled, handing the pup over to him. The Alpha looked more excited and deliriously happy with the baby. Kiara could see a completely different side of Xavier that was adorable!
