Chapter 72

After Henry drove the car out, Alyssa saw that the entertainment reporters had disappeared, so she said, “Please stop by the road. I'll get out of the car. Thank you for what you did today."

Henry quietly parked the car by the road. Alyssa reached out to open the door. She tried to open it but found that the door could not be opened.

She turned to look at Henry. "The door is locked."

Henry also turned to look at her with a strange look. "Alyssa, you'd rather choose me than Emmett's cousin."

"What?????" Was that what she understood?

When he saw that Alyssa did not interrupt him, Henry's tone became more confident. "The two of us are in love. We will definitely be happier together. More importantly, I will not let anyone find out about us."

"Me and you are together?" Alyssa pointed at him and then at herself.

Henry nodded. He gave a smile that he thought was very charming. He reached out to touch Alyssa's face. "It is hard for you to guard that cripple Emmett. I can understand the matter between you and his cousin. I do not blame you."

Alyssa turned her head to avoid his outstretched hand. She had a disgusted look on her face. "You mean you want me to have an affair with you behind Emmett's back?"

Henry had seen the headlines on the Internet. He felt that Alyssa could not bear the loneliness and that was why she hooked up with Emmett's cousin.

Alyssa liked him to begin with. If he took the initiative to find Alyssa, she would definitely dump Emmett's cousin and be with him without hesitation.

Henry did not mind Alyssa turning her head away and avoiding him. Instead, the more he spoke, the more excited he became. "Emmett is not good enough for you to begin with. We truly love each other."

"Who is truly in love with you? The one who is truly in love with you is Skylar. If you don’t open the door, I will call the police." Alyssa leaned against the car door tightly and looked at Henry with vigilance.

Alyssa's attitude towards him made him a little anxious. He moved closer to her with excitement. "How can Skylar compare to you?"

"Young Madame."

Alyssa turned her head with surprise. "Frank? You're back?

Frank was Emmett's special assistant. Under normal circumstances, he would follow wherever Emmett went.

After Emmett left the country, she did not see Frank in the villa. She guessed that he went abroad with Emmett.

Frank got out of the car and answered respectfully, "Yes, the young master told me to come and drive Young Madame home."

Alyssa was looking forward to meeting Emmett, but she knew that Emmett would only show her his back.

After getting into the car, the excitement passed. She calmed down and could not sit still anymore.

Why did Emmett come back at this time?

She was angry, but because Frank was still there, she could not get angry. She just stared at him coldly and went upstairs to her room.

Once Alyssa left, Frank walked in front of Emmett and said respectfully, "Young Master, Alyssa went to find Young Madame."

Emmett's tone was indifferent. "Oh? Why did he look for her?"
