Alyssa vaguely understood that Angela was actually a child who judged people by their appearances.

Besides, children were always closer to women.

Hazel was in the entertainment industry, so her looks were naturally not bad. Angela easily had a good impression of her.

Hazel hugged Angela and sat down. She turned her head to look at Xavier and said with a smile, "Director Halls, are you very free?"

Xavier pretended not to understand the deeper meaning of Hazel's words and said. "Yes, I am very busy, but today Angela came, so I could only squeeze out some free time."

Want to chase him away? This was impossible!

Alyssa looked at Hazel and then at Xavier and smiled without saying anything.

She then turned her head and saw Angela looking at her nervously.

Alyssa was surprised and called out, "Ella?"

Angela's expression became even more nervous. She twisted her body as if she wanted to get off Hazel.

Wasn't she fine just now? What happened all of a sudden?

Hazel also noticed that Angela wanted to go down, so she let go and put her on the ground.

The moment Angela's feet touched the ground, she immediately ran to Alyssa and plunged her head into her chest.

Alyssa felt that it was a little funny.

She picked Angela up and suppressed her smile as she softly asked Angela, "What's wrong?"

Angela very carefully looked at Hazel and quickly turned back to hug Alyssa's neck. She softly said, "Strange auntie."

"Who?" Alyssa was stunned for a moment. Then she asked Angela, "The auntie that hugged you just now?"

Angela twisted her fingers and nodded nervously.

Alyssa opened her mouth but did not understand.

Hazel held her face and looked at Angela with excitement as she asked Alyssa, "What did she say?"

Alyssa blinked her eyes and shook her head with a smile.

After that, she lowered her head and whispered to Angela, "Why do you say Aunt Hazel is a strange auntie? Don't you think she is very beautiful?"

Angela looked at Hazel and coincidentally met Hazel's smiling eyes.

She leaned into Alyssa's embrace again. Her voice was soft. "Beautiful."

"Then why do you say that she is a strange auntie? She likes you very much, do you know?" Alyssa touched Angela’s hair and tried to persuade her.

"Dad said. . . she was a weird auntie." When she was in the middle of her sentence, Angela's words were too soft and Alyssa could not hear them clearly but it did not stop her from understanding the whole meaning of Angela's words.

Alyssa did not know whether to laugh or cry after hearing it.

She raised her head and asked Hazel, "Have you met Emmett before?"

She raised her head and asked Hazel, "Have you met Emmett before?"

"Yes. The last time he brought Angela to eat in Golden Fountain Club, I just happened to see him." As Hazel said, she winked at Angela, "Little Angela was also here. She even greeted me."

When Alyssa heard Hazel's words, she could not help but stretch out her hand to help her head.

This Emmett really is. . .

Alyssa lowered her head and said gently to Angela, "Aunt Hazel is not a strange auntie. She knows me and is my friend. She is a good auntie and she likes you very much."

Angela stared at Alyssa with her big eyes. She seemed to understand but also did not seem to understand.

Alyssa held her small hand and asked her, "Since Aunt Hazel likes you so much, why don’t you say some nice words to her?”

Angela blinked her eyes and turned to look at Hazel. She said softly, "You are so beautiful."

"Ah. . ."

Hazel exclaimed and asked Alyssa, "Did you teach her to say that?"

Alyssa spread out her hands and shook her head, indicating that she did not teach Angela to say it.

Hazel gave Angela a mysterious smile, "Angela is so obedient. Auntie has prepared a gift for you."

Hearing the word "gift," Angela's eyes immediately lit up.

Hazel reached out to Angela, "Come over first. Auntie will only let you see it alone."

Angela looked at Alyssa expectantly.

Alyssa put her on the ground, "Go."

Angela ran towards Hazel happily. Hazel pretended to be mysterious as she pulled Angela closer. When she was about to give Angela the gift, she seemed to be playing a seek and hide game.

“Angela, you stay here. Don't let your mother see the gift."

"Okay."

Angela cooperated very well with Hazel. She turned around to look at where Alyssa was and stretched out her small hand to block Alyssa's line of sight.

However, Alyssa still saw the gift Hazel bought for Angela.

It was a doll that most young girls liked, along with a beautiful wish bottle painted with gorgeous colors.

It was not a special gift but Angela smiled so much that her eyes narrowed. Clearly, she liked them very much.

"This one will change color after turning around, like this."

"It's so beautiful!"

Emmett was so busy that he probably did not have time to spend with Angela.

She could vaguely understand why Emmett would let her stay with them.

Angela happily took the wishing bottle and showed it to Alyssa, "Mommy, look!"
