Although Angela's words were intermittent, Emmett was surprisingly able to understand the meaning of her words.

Angela wanted the family of three to be together, but her ability to express herself was limited. So what she said was somewhat incoherent.

Emmett said, "Why don't I let her come? It was she who didn't want to come."

Angela stopped crying when she heard Emmett. She looked at him seriously.

Angela said in confusion, "She wants to come."

Emmett raised his eyebrows and looked at her. "Is that so? Then why isn't she coming?"

He felt that the little girl was quite interesting. She had cried so hard just now, but she stopped crying to argue with him even though she did not understand what he meant.

Angela was confused by Emmett's words. Her little face was swollen and she shouted angrily, "She wants to come!"

"Okay." Emmett took a deep breath and said, "She wants to come."

At this time, the elevator had reached the first floor. Emmett carried her and walked out of the elevator.

He put Angela down and led her out.

Suddenly, Angela broke free from his hand and turned around to run towards the elevator entrance.

Emmett stared at his freed hand for a few seconds and then strode over.

Angela was pressing the elevator button on her tiptoes, but her hand could not reach the button and was always a little bit off.

Emmett bent over and reached out his long arm to pick Angela up. He carried her on his shoulder and walked out.

"Let me down!" Angela fluttered her legs and shouted. "Let me down."

Emmett did not say anything and carried her to the parking lot.

He freed a hand to press the car key, opened the door with one hand, and stuffed her into the car.

The back seat of the car was equipped with children's chairs. He must have installed it before.

Emmett pressed her onto the child's seat and fastened the seatbelt. Seeing Angela still angry, his face darkened. "Sit obediently, don't move, and don't scream!"

Angela was so scared that her shoulders shrank. She flicked a nervous glance at Emmett and quickly lowered her head. She did not dare to look at him.

She was still afraid of him.

Emmett closed the car door in satisfaction and walked to the front to drive.

When he started the car, he looked at Angela in the rearview mirror. When he saw her playing with the seatbelt unhappily, he looked away.

Normally it would only take twenty minutes to drive, but he drove for ten more minutes.

The car stopped at the entrance of the villa. When he got out of the car and opened the door to look at Angela, he found that she was already asleep.

Emmett bent over and carried her out. He said in a low voice, "You fall sleep once you’re full."

Frank had been staying at Emmett's place recently. When he saw Emmett carrying Angela in, he was shocked.

After his surprise, he remembered what Emmett said the last time. He could not help but feel uneasy. "Young Master, why did you bring Angela back?"

Emmett could not have directly snatched Angela from Alyssa, right?

Emmett looked straight ahead and walked inside. "She insisted on coming back with me."

Although Angela wanted to run back as soon as she got out of the elevator, she voluntarily followed Emmett when he left Alyssa’s house.

Emmett carried Angela directly to her room.

After he put Angela on the bed, he suddenly stopped.

No one had ever told him that this was Angela's room. He carried Angela to this room by instinct.

He stared at Angela for a few seconds and then turned around to leave.

Frank was guarding the door.

Emmett ordered him directly, "Go and call a maid over."

Frank nodded slightly and went downstairs to call a maid to take care of Angela.

Emmett went to the study.

Frank followed closely.

Emmett had just sat down when he recalled the question Alyssa had asked him earlier.

He looked up at Frank and asked, "How's the investigation of the hypnotist expert going?"

"There are not many people in the field of hypnosis, and the top few hypnosis experts are very low-key. . ." Frank suddenly paused.

"Also, top hypnotists like them have some hobbies. After they receive patients, they hypnotize them to make them forget their faces."

Frank carefully observed Emmett's expression after he finished speaking.

Emmett narrowed his eyes. His voice was cold to the bones. "So, those so-called top hypnotists have never shown their real faces?"

Frank nodded imperceptibly, then lowered his head and did not speak. It was as if he had tacitly agreed with Emmett's words.

"Ha."

After a long time, Emmett sneered and said, "How interesting! Continue searching. I don't believe that he can hide for the rest of his life."

"Yes."

Angela was not around, so the house seemed much quieter.
