The two were at odds, each hesitant to speak further. Nash's eyes were bloodshot and cold. Provoked by Nina, Nash's emotions became unsettled, rendering him unable to maintain his composure and think rationally.

Yet, his words oddly brought about an unexpected calmness in Nina. She gripped her hands tightly, sensing a bitter taste spreading in her chest.

Divorce was what she wanted, but the way it was ending left her feeling empty. Perhaps she had not expected Nash to be so furious with her. Perhaps, with everything that had happened today, she was still unable to cope. Her emotions were in turmoil, unable to digest the friction between them.

Nash's eyes were still fixed on her, seemingly waiting for her final answer. Nina remained silent for a long time before finally speaking, "Fine, let's meet at the district court."

Aware of the inevitable outcome and that her conscience had gone to the dogs, Nash still clung to some hope. He coldly smirked and said, "Fine!"

He turned and left. Before he departed, he glanced at the pile of pregnancy supplements on the ground, finding them offensive, and kicked them away before disappearing from Nina's sight.
