Karina slowly got up and began packing her belongings, carefully folding her limited clothing and personal items before placing them neatly into her suitcase. Just as she was finishing, the doorbell rang. When she opened the door, Wilfred stood there.

"Are you ready?" he asked softly.

Karina nodded. "Almost, Dr. Wilfred. Thank you so much."

Wilfred stepped inside, saw the suitcase, and immediately picked it up without a word. "It's no trouble. Let's go."

Karina followed him out of the hotel room and down to the parking lot. Wilfred placed her suitcase in the trunk of his car before opening the passenger door for her.

Once Karina was seated and had buckled her seatbelt, Wilfred got in and started the car.

The atmosphere in the car was quiet until Karina broke the silence. "Dr. Wilfred, I'm truly grateful for everything you've done for me."

"You don't have to keep thanking me," he replied calmly. "Everything has been arranged. Atlantis is a great city, and the hospital there has an excellent environment. Do your best."
