"You said it yourself. Don't go back on your word." Lucy looked at the fresh chicken wings that everyone was buying. He couldn't restrain the nature of women who liked to take advantage of others. He rushed into the crowded crowd.

Seeing this, Arthur's handsome face instantly darkened.

After using an hour and a half to purchase the necessary ingredients and some miscellaneous items, Lucy followed behind Arthur, who was pushing the shopping cart. His face was filled with an unconcealable arrogance. "Arthur, there are many things to be broken today. The items I bought seem to save around three hundred dollars!"

Arthur only left her a cold and aloof back of his head.

Joy was something that no one shared. Lucy couldn't help but add, "The things that should have cost nine hundred dollars only cost six hundred dollars. Don't you think you have a sense of accomplishment?"

Although she was the boss of the company, she still felt so happy!

"I don't have more than 30,000 in a second." Arthur stopped and looked at her with disdain.

Lucy: "..."

There was nothing to say!

The two of them returned to their original spot. Kylah and the little fellow were shamelessly trying out their free yogurt.

No one knew how much they had eaten. The little girl who was selling yogurt looked straight at the two of them, her eyes full of resentment.

"You're finally back!" Kylah gulped down the yogurt and handed the empty cup to the little girl.

Lucy didn't have as much of a face as hers. He bought three boxes of yogurt with the little girl. However, the shopping cart was too full, so he could only place one of them inside.

Poor Arthur, who was noble and cold, was holding a box of yogurt in one hand. He looked like a coolie, attracting the eyes of countless men who understood and were full of sympathy.

"You bought so much yogurt. Have you finished drinking it? Aren't you afraid that it'll be too late if you don't finish it?" Kylah couldn't help complaining as she waited in line to settle the bill.

Lucy tapped her head. "Do you think everyone is as shameless as you are?"

Sarina was about to retort when she suddenly heard a familiar voice—

"Kylah, do you think that's Kylah?"

"What the f*ck!" Kylah glanced at him and her face turned pale. "I'll go first if we meet again in Jianghu!"

She ran out for two steps and turned back. She shouted at the little fellow, "Little bastard, quick, quick, help me block it for a while!"

"Oh." Caden was in a bad mood when she saw her daddy and mommy showing off their love all night.

Hearing this, he ran to Lin's parents and said, "Grandpa, grandma, Aunt Kylah ran over there!"

She pointed at the direction where Kylah had escaped.

Lucy: "..."

She wondered if her son would betray her.

"Oh, what a good grandson! Caden, remember to go back to your grandmother's house for dinner tomorrow!" Mrs. Figueroa bent over and kissed the little fellow's face. She immediately commanded her husband, "Mr. Figueroa, chase after her!"

Two nearly 60-year-old people caught up with them and even abandoned the shopping cart.

Su looked at their backs, his eyes full of envy. The thing she admired the most was that Kylah had a complete home.

"Are you envious of her?" Arthur took her envious eyes in his eyes. When he thought of what her mother had done, he felt a dull pain in his heart.

His woman had a difficult past, and he would no longer make her future difficult!

"That's right!" Lucy put away the bitterness in his eyes and pretended to be relaxed. "My dad is good at gambling, and my mom and brother are the same. They don't look like a family at all."

Nannan Zhen's fist unconsciously tightened. He hated that he hadn't met her earlier, and hated that he hadn't treated her well in the three years when he had just gotten married to her!

Lucy lowered his eyes. "When I was sixteen, I had a high fever. They just left me on the bed and didn't care about me. Fortunately, I was lucky and didn't die, but I forgot all about the past. I don't care if we have money, but I really want someone to care about me."

This wish was simple for others, but for her, it could only be an extravagant hope!

"I'll be there for you in the future." Arthur lowered his head and kissed her on her lips seriously and pitifully.

The cashier was speechless.

Although it might be awkward to say something, she had to—

"May I ask if the two of you have paid the bill?"

"Okay." Lucy's face instantly became hot. She quickly put the things in the shopping cart on it.

After paying the bill, the three of them went home.

Lucy pulled the little fellow, while Arthur carried large amounts of things.

Seeing Mommy looking in the direction of the scum, the little fellow pursed her lips tightly, and her delicate little face was full of unhappiness.

Ever since he had such a scumbag as his father, he had become more and more unfavored.

He felt wronged, but he didn't say it.

...

The three of them soon arrived home.

Lucy brought the ingredients into the kitchen. Just as he was about to start cooking, he noticed Arthur walking in with long legs.
