Rayna glanced back at him, her porcelain white face was a mask of calm. “He’s just unable to obtain the right to be the heir. However, he’s still the second scion of the Terblanc family. This stunned Marcus for a moment.

He had heard about Rayna being a mere senior interpreter. The fields of translation and finance could not be more different. One could not be good at finance just by dabbling in it. Such skills, like any other, had to be honed over time.
