After lunch, Jacob sat on the chair. He gazed at Sara affectionately. "I haven't been here for so many days. Were you scared I might have run off with another woman?"

With a snort, Sara leaned back with her legs crossed. "Who could you possibly run away with? If that happens, don't bother coming back."
