Chapter 424 Linda Is Missing
She said lightly to Linda, “Do you really think that you’re the one who’s competing with me all along?”
Linda was stunned.
She subconsciously wanted to mock Charlotte, but she understood what Charlotte meant.
Over the years, she had been trying her best to deceive herself and had ignored all the details. She didn’t expect that her
disguise would be torn apart like this today.
In a fit of anger, Linda pushed Charlotte’s computer to the ground, making a loud noise.
Not long after, someone knocked on the office door. Mandy asked, “Boss, are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” Charlotte said loudly. “I’m just pissed off by an idiot.”
Hearing that, Linda became angrier. She almost pointed to Charlotte’s nose and said, “Don’t think that you can live a

peaceful life just because you found a powerful bodyguard. One day, I will make you regret it!”
In fact, she was still afraid of Mandy. With these harsh words, Linda quickly left Charlotte’s office.
Mandy walked in slowly and asked, “What is she doing here?”
“She was just angry and said a few words,” Charlotte didn’t take it seriously at all and answered casually.
But she didn’t expect that this matter would bring her endless trouble.
On the third day after Linda left Charlotte’s office angrily, Darius came to Charlotte with the police.
As soon as Charlotte saw them, she raised her eyebrows and asked, “What do you want, Mr. Parker?”
Darius looked serious, but he didn’t take the initiative to speak. Instead, he took a small step back and let the policeman
speak.

The policeman’s attitude was quite polite. He looked at Charlotte with a small notebook in his hand and said, “Miss Linda
is missing.”
“What?” Charlotte looked at the policeman in surprise and didn’t quite believe his words. “I met her two days ago…”
Speaking of this, Charlotte suddenly stopped and said, “Do you suspect that I have something to do with the
disappearance of Linda?”
The policeman suddenly fell into an awkward silence.
