Chapter 313 Nathaniel's POV The scene that unfolded when we entered the bedroom was something I'd carry with me for the rest of my life. A man was on top of Annie, forcing himself on her while she tried to fight him off with weak, uncoordinated movements. It was obvious she was under the influence of something. Her reactions were slow and her strength was limited, but she was still fighting with everything she had left. What I felt in that moment went far beyond anger. It was something primal and overwhelming, a raw fury that swallowed me whole and wiped out any trace of rational thought.

I didn't hesitate. I didn't think. I lunged at him like a wounded animal protecting its mate, grabbing him by the shoulders with a strength I didn't know I possessed and ripping him off Annie. He hit the floor hard, the sound echoing through the room, his eyes wide with shock. Before he could react or even try to get up, my fist connected with his face with everything I had. The impact was brutal. I felt skin split against my knuckles, felt blood, but the physical pain meant nothing compared to the rage consuming me.

It was as if every civilized instinct had been stripped away, replaced by something older and more feral. "Nate..." I heard Annie whisper faintly, her voice slurred, barely there. Hearing my name pulled my attention away for a split second, just long enough for him to recover and land a punch to my face. Pain exploded behind my eyes, but it did nothing to slow me down. I went back at him even harder, striking his stomach, then his face again. He tried to defend himself, but he was outmatched. I had purpose. "I'll kill you!" I shouted, completely losing control.

firmly. "Give them privacy." The door shut. For the first time, it was just Annie and me. "Nate..." she whispered again, trying weakly to sit up. 1/3 Tori hesitated, biting her lower lip. "It's awful to be

it shattered. Completely. Like someone had crushed it under their heel. The pain was immediate and brutal, so intense it felt like the air had been ripped from my lungs. It was like watching a car crash in slow motion,

answered my message with see you tonight. And yet the images were there. Undeniable. The white dress on the floor was proof they were taken tonight. The pain was so sharp that, for a moment, I honestly thought I might fold in on myself right there. While I was still struggling to process what I was seeing, Tori kept talking. "Alexandra said people in the group

we were when she saw the photos." Something still didn't add up, and even through the emotional wreckage, my analytical mind kicked in. If Alexandra was somehow involved, if she was the first to see the photos, the one who "explained" the situation
