The thought makes my stomach flutter and I place my hand on my stomach. With everything going on, that in itself is a terrifying thought…

I can feel the light and warmth of the winter morning sun bask upon my skin, and I slowly open my eyes. Zedkiel’s fast asleep, his arms around me.
