Tourists gradually left Rose Manor, leaving only Evadne and Acacia in the garden.

“Really? Congrats, but I don’t have a gift for you.” Evadne said lazily, obviously just going through the motions.
Seeing Evadne’s indifference, Acacia felt a surge of anger, feeling insulted. “No matter how tough you act, you must be angry and hateful inside. But what’s the use? The one who ends up with Thad is still me, and you’re the laughingstock of Elmsworth!”

Evadne’s eyes suddenly turned cold, making Acacia shiver inside.

I’m kind, but it doesn’t mean you can talk nonsense in front of me. I warn you for the last time, don’t take my patience as an excuse for you to cross the line. Otherwise, your future days may not be so easy, Miss Ahley.”
The sudden mention of the name “Ahley” scared Acacia, her face turned pale instantly.
She felt her blood rushing back, and she took a small step back in panic.
“What’s with that look?”
Evadne saw her face turn pale in an instant and couldn’t help but laugh. “Isn’t Ahley your name when you studied abroad? I’ve never seen anyone get so scared hearing their
own name.”
“I don’t know who Ahley is. I’ve never heard this name, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Acacia denied vehemently, her breathing getting more and more rapid. After all, Ahley was a fallen, promiscuous, and she was a greedy woman completely different from the innocent and obedient image she showed to Thaddeus now. If Thaddeus knew she had been sleeping with men seven days a week and even gave birth to a baby girl, everything would be over.
Evadne squinted her beautiful eyes and took a few steps towards her, bending slightly with a cold smile.
