Chapter 23 Jennifer Cried

Right then, his phone rang. It was a call from Jennifer.

Jonathan picked up the call and quickly composed himself. Chuckling, he said, “Jen, what’s up?”

“Can I treat you to a meal?” Jennifer spoke on the other line.
