Chapter 36 Amelia Was Unlucky
Eva didn’t allow her to refuse. She carried her on her back and dr ove to the hospital.
After hanging up in the emergency room. Amelia took an IV drip and went to the air conditioner.
Eva knew that she had congenital heart disease.
It was easy for her to run short of oxygen if she caught a cold or
fever.
Eva was worried that Amelia couldn’t hold on, so she asked the doctor to help her with the breathing machine

It was not until midnight that Amelia’s high fever slowly subsided.
Eva sighed in relief, picked up her phone, and took two days off. Then she leaned against the bed and silently waited for Amelia to wake.
They were all picked up and sent to the orphanage at about a year old. Apart from the director, they were the closest people to each other.
Eva raised her hand, touched Amelia’s pale face, and sighed with pity.
Amelia was unlucky. The two men she had met were both scu mbags.
For them, she had spent all her youth. But in the end, she had been injured all over…
Amelia had a high fever and fell into a drowsy sleep. In a daze, she seemed to see a young man reaching out his blo ody hands to her.

His face was full of pain. He opened his mo uth as if he had said something, but Amelia was too far away to hear him.
She subconsciously moved her feet and walked toward him. “What did you say?”
The young man suddenly stopped talking. His clear eyes were fixed on her.
It suddenly rained heavily in the night sky, washing the youth’s blood-stained face clean.
Only then did Amelia see his face. She rushed forward anxiously and shouted, “Ryan!”
