Li Cenbei had thought that with only Fu Chengyan and Li Heng around, he would still have a chance at survival as long as he had Pei Huan. However, Pei Jingxiu had decidedly shown up too.

Pei Jingxiu sat inside the car, tampering with his laptop. Then, very quickly, he shut down all the surveillance cameras in the area and exited the vehicle.
