Shu Qing slumped against the bed, shivering as she stared at Su Shaoqing’s retreating figure.

Shu Qing tensed up and looked at him defensively, but he just casually leaned against the door and smiled at her. “Relax, Ms. Shu. I just remembered something and thought I’d remind you about it.”

Shu Qing pursed her lips and waited for him to continue.

Su Shaoqing winked at her and said, “Although this is a hospital, access is still restricted. If you would like to leave, please make sure to inform me beforehand. Otherwise…” He didn’t continue, but Shu Qing knew it was obviously a threat. “You’re a monster, just like Su Huaibei!”
