She motioned for Carson to follow her into one of the exam rooms. Serena patted the table so he would sit on it. “You need me to sit on the table to look at my wrist?” Carson asked playfully. Serena rolled her eyes. “I think it would be more comfortable for you to sit,” she said. “But if you want to stand, I won‘t stop you.” Carson chuckled, but he sat down on the exam table.
