The incoming streaks of light that rushed toward Pearl Light Isle reminded Myles that hesitation could cost him the chance to persuade Severin into joining him at the Seventh Mountain. He cleared his throat and offered, “I’ll be blunt, Severin. Come with me to the Seventh Mountain, and I shall bestow upon you the title of elder!”
