It was in the hospital when Jasper saw Jim again.

Covered in blood, Jim was lying weakly on the hospital bed. He had just regained consciousness after receiving emergency treatment.

When he opened his eyes and saw Jasper, Jim asked hastily, “Jasper, my wife…”
