Miles looked pensive.

Stella received a text from the property manager asking her to pay her maintenance fees. It would cost her twenty-six thousand. Zane was the one handling that matter when he wasn’t jailed, and Stella never cared about it. She didn’t know she had to pay that much, until that message reminded her.
