Kiara opened her eyes slowly when she heard a knock on the door. She frowned when Levi walked in. She had been expecting Zane.

“Exactly so instead of you trying to push them away hoping they’ll come back to support you, let’s all put heads together and find a way to help you and your child survive. You and Zane need to be on board with the same decision and that’s the only way he’ll be by your side to support you and don’t try to invalidate his feelings by guilt tripping him.
