It was common knowledge that Avery had once been Tyler’s fiance, yet Mister Wade told Vicky that she was the first woman he brought with him to emphasize her importance.
Missus Wade chimed in, “That’s right. I’ve never seen Tyler serve anyone food before. He paid constant attention to you during the meal, too. All he sees is you.”
