Andrew’s world seemed to momentarily shatter as he took a deep drag of his cigarette, annoyance edging his voice, “Max, you’re just gonna let her reel you in like that?”

Brielle gasped for air, freed from his grip. It wasn’t her seducing Max at this point; he had been the one to lean in for the kiss.

Max’s fingers grazed her cheek as he reached for his phone. As he was about to speak, Brielle’s lips silenced him again. If Andrew was accusing her of seduction, she might as well own up to it.
