However, as the car slowly came to a stop in front of the mansion, Lucian still remained silent. The woman's anxiousness was replaced with confusion.

In contrast, the kids were chattering and having fun at the back. When the car stopped, they didn't cease playing as they hopped off the vehicle and chased each other around in the yard.
