Marshall paused, as he locked eyes with Keegan.

Felicity, who was nestled in Vermont’s arms, widened her eyes. ‘Is this about to turn into a showdown? Are they going to throw punches?’ Clearly, Felicity did not understand Keegan.

Just as that thought crossed her mind, Keegan dropped the talisman into a cup on the table, and it floated on the water.
