“I don’t. I asked her, but she didn’t tell me,” Mr. Yates replied. When he intended to investigate, Cynthia asked him not to intervene and said she would handle it alone. Yesterday, when he asked for the results, she just changed the subject and reminded him to pick up Shirley from the hospital.
