Ten minutes later, Chyler stepped into the living room and sat across from Ellora, with Cynthia at Ellora’s side. Cynthia had initially planned to wait on the sidelines since she knew her presence might not be appropriate during their conversation. However, Ellora insisted she stays.

Chyler was confused: “Why? I never intended to hurt you. I will never make decisions on my own based on what others say. I will put you first.”

“I am tired,” Ellora admitted, not favoring life in high society.

Because of her marriage to him, she had endured numerous provocations and disdain from other women, all-seeing her as an actress from the entertainment industry who had climbed up the social ladder.
