it again. Before Adina could close it again, Mel slipped from her hands and jumped out of the car. A man came out of the car they had rammed in the back. He had an imposing presence. His tall and lean figure was clad in a black suit, and he had a cold look on his face. The Xavier family’s driver did not know him, but he could sense his powerful presence. This man was even more imposing than Richard, the head of the Xavier family. “W-We’ll take full responsibility, Sir. You…” the driver said nervously. Duke’s face was as cold as ice. He usually had a driver to take him around, but today, his driver called in sick, so he chose to drive himself. But someone tailgated him the moment he left his mansion. He could not be bothered to deal with this sort of matter, but he had to. Just when he was about to speak, a small child in pink suddenly charged at him and crashed into his leg. It immediately ruined Duke’s day. He was a neat freak and hated touching strangers. He took a step back to get away from the child, but the girl in pink followed him and even hugged his leg.
