Kathy frowned, for she had always known what her job obligations were, and the person to stay on duty was Ella therefore she would not agree to this.

“Miss Bridges, I am scheduled to work tomorrow morning. In addition, I think you need to consider what your position is before you can expect me to follow your orders.”

After she said this she quickly returned to the office and wrote down the notes regarding today’s surgery.
