When Kathy arrived at the airport, she found the lounge packed.

The electronic screen scrolled with the latest airline news. Most routes were temporarily closed because of the volcanic eruption in Iceland.

Kathy's heart skipped a beat. She ran to the information desk. The tired staff members were repeating the words "sorry". She walked out of the crowd and saw that on the other side of the airport, the workers were moving cots in large numbers. She couldn't even find a seat to sit on, so she sat on her suitcase and unlocked her phone.
