Next One Is a Babe

Chapter 1727

After winning several rounds, Aurora was content to stop gaming. “You’re right; it’s quite exhausting.” As she stood up and rolled her shoulders, she continued, “I’m going to rest for a bit before I make lunch. What an idle life we’re leading!”

When Ian stood up as well, he caught hold of Cindy’s arm as well. “Yes, let’s go and rest.”

Not thinking too much of it, Aurora sashayed her way back to her room.

It wasn’t until her room door was closed that he dragged Cindy back to his room.

She couldn’t escape from his grasp as his grip was so strong.

The moment the room door was shut, Ian pushed her shoulders lightly to back her against the door.

Then, he quickly leaned down to kiss her. As Cindy hadn’t encountered such a scenario before, she was instantly stunned.

All she felt was warmth, with the sole exception of the door behind her to cool her down.

Even though they had accidentally kissed the previous night, it couldn’t be compared to what they were doing now.

Now that she stood frozen in place, she leaned against the door and didn’t dare to move.

The impression against her lips was so tangible that it made her dizzy.

Was this what kissing was?

Cindy’s sole experience was the gentle touch from the previous night—hardly worth mentioning now.

In truth, Ian didn’t have much experience either but had what could only be considered an instinct for the intimate behavior between lovers. Thus, without guidance, he covered her lips with his.

At first, he thought about only giving her a few kisses to slake his thirst, but now that he was kissing her, he couldn’t stop.

As Cindy didn’t know how to breathe between kisses, her cheeks slowly reddened.

Likewise, although Ian was doing slightly better than her, he wasn’t in the best situation either. It was only when he finally ran out of air that they parted while panting.

Her face was so red that she looked like she could start bleeding at any moment.

With a racing heart, Ian rested his chin on top of Cindy’s head and pulled her into an embrace to pat her back.

For a moment, Cindy had no idea what to do next. She felt like she should push Ian away, but doing so would seem like rejection.

Given that she hadn’t rejected him when he kissed her a few moments ago, to push him away now would certainly seem too hypocritical.

Only after Ian calmed down did he kiss her forehead.

Never had he felt like this before. It was almost as if he was suddenly complete.

After a moment, he said, “You can’t blame me. How can I help myself when you keep resting your chin on my shoulder like that?”

How dare he cry foul when he is clearly the scoundrel in this case!

“You started it,” Cindy retorted. “I was only following your example.”

Ian’s chest shook a few times as he chuckled. “Why do you only follow my bad examples and not my good ones?”

With a harrumph, she answered, “Since when do you have good examples?”

She was as sharp-tongued as ever even up until now.
