Chapter 1885

After knowing Cindy’s plan, Hannah was finally relieved shortly before both of them proceeded to discuss Ian’s filming progress. Then, Hannah’s eyes fell upon Cindy’s neck, noticing the hickeys beneath her lace fabric. At that instant, she froze, staring at Cindy’s neck to take a closer look at those marks.

Meanwhile, Cindy took a while to realize what Hannah was doing, yet she didn’t cover her neck right away. Instead, she calmly went on to tell her she would visit Ian on set after he was done with his filming.

Hannah replied with an affirmative hum and took her eyes off Cindy. “Well, I suppose that’s also a good plan since Ian is going to be occupied with his filming over there for the next few months. Until then, both of you are expected to keep in touch and discuss your schedules. When you head over there to meet up with Ian, I’ll have the press take a few pictures of you before they publish them.”

As soon as Cindy gave an affirmative reply, their discussion was about to come to an end. Meanwhile, Aurora was waiting outside just when Hannah and Cindy stepped out of the room. At that moment, Cindy fixed her collar to cover the marks on her neck, complaining deep down about Ian for his unusual excitement the night before.

Was Ian high on drugs or something? Why did it seem that he could go on and on without feeling tired? I put in the work too, every time we share our intimacy, yet I’m always the one who tires out shortly after that. But Ian simply looks like he has unlimited energy, as if he gets more energized the longer it gets.


Although Cindy believed men were physically superior to women, she doubted the difference would result in such a bizarre huge gap. As the problem continued to bother her, she failed to figure out the secret that was keeping Ian’s energy up all the time.

Soon, Hannah said goodbye to Cindy and Aurora because she still had many other businesses to take care of. Thus, the two ladies left the company. Cindy took a cab to the set where Ian was working on his filming, while Aurora went home right away. Since the set wasn’t that far away, Cindy could see the driver’s car upon stepping out of the cab, seeing the driver smoking beside his car door in a carefree manner.

Cindy walked closer to him and asked, “I guess he is about to be done, right?”

As the driver turned around and looked at Cindy with a stunned and complicated expression, she immediately noticed the man’s subtle reaction and asked, “What’s wrong? What happened?”

The driver then threw his cigarette onto the ground and stepped on it. “It’s Yulia. She is here.”

“Did you just say Yulia came here?” Cindy paused in a trance for a while and asked.

“Yeah, she’s been here for a while now, but she came when Ian was in the middle of his filming, so I doubt she came to see him.” The driver nodded.
