Aurora gave Cindy a grateful look. “It’s great that Ian picked you over Yulia, as you’re way more rational than she is.”

Despite knowing that it wasn’t a suitable time to do so, Cindy still couldn’t help herself and laugh. “I finally have something better than Yulia now.”

Cindy quickly shook her head. “That’s not true. You’re way better than her in many aspects. She may look outstanding because of her familial status now, but she’s really nothing compared to you if you were to remove her background from her.”

However, the main thing was that there was no way to eliminate those external things, and all external things served to give people extra points. Nevertheless, it wasn’t as if Yulia had nothing good about her without her background and status, as she was still a competent person.

After Aurora and Cindy left the elevator and sauntered around the community area, Aurora tried to comfort Cindy so that she wouldn’t overthink and burden herself.

“Honestly, I can reject those sponsorships and backers if they don't sit well with you because I haven’t gotten them yet.”

Still, Cindy quickly shook her head. “You should accept the help the company gives you. They wouldn’t have done it out of our relationship only, as we are collaborative partners with their company, after all. Now that you’re getting more popular, you might even give them more exposure. Since it’s a win-win situation, you don’t have to overthink it.”

Aurora chuckled. “You really know your way around words. You’re such a precious gem.”

Upon hearing Aurora, Cindy laughed as she found it childish that the two of them were complimenting each other as if they were promoting each other on social media.

After walking for a while, Aurora changed the topic and asked, “What’s the situation at your place now? I really want Ian to have the opportunity to visit one day, if it’s possible.”

Aurora had been really annoyed by Yulia’s constant watch over them. Although Aurora was looking forward to more fame and fortune in the entertainment field, she knew not to cross any lines.

On the other hand, while Ian’s work was smooth right now, he’d still have to return to his life.

With the amount of fortune that Bryce left Ian, he would be able to live however he wanted without worrying about getting shackled down in the entertainment field.
