No Way Back

No Way Back By Anna Mac Chapter 70

Chapter 70

Madelyn doubted her vision for a moment.

This was because the person in front of her gave off a completely different presence from Jane.

However, Madelyn had a radar-like intuition when it came to Jane.

As long as the real Jane appeared near Madelyn, Madelyn would always be able to spot her figure.

Perhaps this was a symptom of Madelyn’s deepest fear as an adopted daughter of the real daughter, Jane Fowler.

She was afraid that her family, the wealth she possessed, the warmth and high status she enjoyed, that all of these would be snatched away by the outsider, Jane Fowler!

She subconsciously blurted out Jane’s name.

Jane looked at Luna and Madelyn with an expression as if she had stepped into dung.

In her previous life, there were a few times when the Fowler family had left injuries all over her body and her heart was chilled. When Jane eventually suffered from severe depression and did not want to meet anyone, she even rejected the Fowlers.

As a lone shadow, when she saw Madelyn and the other Fowlers in the same warm, loving scene, Jane deliberately hid her aura and wanted to leave.

And yet, Madelyn Fowler would always spot Jane’s figure and shout out “Janie”, pushing Jane even deeper into the bright abyss.

At that moment, Jane would feel like a vampire, enduring the cold eyes and disregard from the rest of the Fowlers. Her skin would fester and burn. under the sun, and she would have no respite, her life worse than death, a living ***!

Afterward, Jane realized that Madelyn did not have any special abilities and was just very sensitive to Jane’s existence She was so sensitive that she could easily detect Jane even when she was hiding her presence!

What an unfortunate coincidence!

Lila even began to doubt reality.

After Jane put on her makeup and concealed her presence, Lila could barely recognize Jane.

And yet, Madelyn recognized her with a single glance?

What in heaven?

Lila felt that she was a failure as Jane’s best friend! She could not even
