Anthony's POV: 

After storming out of the ward, I was so furious that I wanted to leave the hospital, but I turned back when I reached the parking lot.

I couldn't leave Jennifer and Daniel alone in the ward.

I had just reached the ward and was about to open the door when I heard Jennifer tell Daniel, "We're just friends."

I froze, then withdrew my hand and walked away.

I was pissed off by Jennifer! How could she say that we were just friends? Damn it! Did friends kiss, date, and even make love with each other?
