Chapter 8 The Young Man In The Wheelchair

before she could ask where she was going. Eileen ran into her bedroom, grabbed a pen and a piece of paper, and retrieved her drone from storage. She had bought that drone when she was fifteen, only to leave it aside after playing with it for a few days. This time, however, she was able to put it to good use. After writing a note and attaching it to the ribbon, she made her way into the courtyard with the cake and drone in hand. As the mansions were connected, Eileen attached the box containing the cake onto the drone and flew it in through the broken window. Jasper sat on a wheelchair, his gaze fixated venomously on a blade lying amidst broken glass on the floor. Spending all of his time indoors had left his skin pallid, exuding a sickly and somber aura.
