Regret Came Too Late

Grace was absolutely furious and violently yanked Liam up.

Liam's eyes instantly turned red. He scrambled to his feet and tried to run, but at that moment, a swarm of police officers burst into the private room. They showed their badges and began cuffing all the young people present. Even Grace wasn't spared simply because she was there.

She kept her eyes fixed on Liam the whole time. Even in the police van, he sat opposite her with his head lowered, not daring to look up.

Grace was calm, but her silence only made Liam more uneasy.
