As the men continued their search, they quickly captured the attention of the island’s inhabitants. In the dead of night, no one noticed the ocean surface turning faint red, as though being tainted.

If Lana were to dive into the sea, even though she might be able to maintain a safe depth, there would still be a huge risk of her triggering the security system. If that were to happen, her body would be one with the ocean, carried away by the tides.
