Grey unloose the ropes around her. It took some minutes but Caramel was as patient as she had

promised.

“Are the police outside?” she asked softly.

“No, but you will be fine, ” Grey promised and scooped her off the chair.

Caramel’s heart stopped for a moment. Along with the fact that she was feeling dirty and she was in

unbearable pain, she was still able to recognize what Grey’s closeness was doing to her. she didn’t
