That night, Zaden was putting Selena down to sleep. Selena was wearing a simple cotton t-shirt and shorts, tucked under the duvet, leaning on Zaden's chest. He kept her close to him. His fingers running through her hair, carefully arranging them into a fan on the pillow beside them, lulling her to sleep but she doesn't seem to doze off, eyes wide as an owl.
