“Edith, everything will get better.” Meredith nodded. She believed that everything would get better. She could only believe it! After resuscitating , Nia’s condition was considered stable. Looking at Nia lying sickly on the bed, Meredith’s tears, which she had tried hard to stop a moment ago, fell again. She held onto Nia’s hand tightly, afraid to lose her once again.
