One sharp-eyed nurse saw Rachel, so she stood up and greeted her, "Rachel, you're here."

Rachel nodded at her in acknowledgment. She didn't know what they were talking about, but seeing the smiles on their faces, they seemed to be having fun, so she didn't want to disturb them.
