Everyone, including Lana, was stunned by Larissa’s words.
The woman will wavy hair was the first to regain composure. She retorted, “How can you prove that you’re Mr. Rogers’ family and not some crazy woman infatuated with him? You might be making this up!”
With that, she glared at Lana with disdain.
Switching to another approach, Lana burst into tears and threw herself into Larssa’s arms. “Larissa, they’re bullying me!! just wanted to express my gratitude to Mr. Rogers, but they accused me of trying to seduce him! As my older sister, you should stand up for me!”
The woman with wavy hair was appalled when Lana revealed that Larissa was her sister. “You’re her sister? She just claimed to be Mr. Rogers trend! Both of you are dishonest fraudsters! Caral call the security guards to kick them out!”
“Okay!” A woman, presumably Carol, immediately picked up the phone on her deck.
Larissa wasn’t worried at all since the security guards at Microworks Building knew her.

“I really am a family member of Mr. Rogers. I call him right now if you don’t believe me. Larissa pulled out her phone.
“Your sister just tried this tactic to deceive me, so don’t even try.” the wavy-haired woman sneered, “I suggest that you think of another way.”
Larissa looked at Lana questioningly.
Lana nodded ruefully and said defeatedly, “Mr. Rogers hung up on my call twice.”
Larissa thought for a moment. “Could it be that Mr. Rogers is still in a meeting?”
The woman with wavy hair burst into mocking laughter. W. Rogers hasn’t had any meetings this moming! Can’t you come up with a more convincing excuse that won’t be so easily debunked?”
Larissa was surprised, Dylan had told her before that Kevan had two numbers, one for work and one for personal use. The number she had saved on her phone and given to Lana this morning was his private line.
Few people knew of this number. Kevan usually answered it whenever she called, except during meetings. Larissa fourd Kevan’s number on her phone and made a call
