"Bobby, listen to me. You're Nadia's big brother, so you wait for now. Nadia will take her bath first, then I'll call you in and bathe you after her. Nadia won't take much time to take her shower, Okay?" Nancy said to Bobby in a low voice.

It was making him scowl even more. After taking the shower he waited quite long for Nancy to come over, but that never happened. Instead, the children laughed and shouted cheerfully even more making Charles more annoyed. It seemed like they have planned on making Nancy stay with them tonight so that Charles would have to sleep alone. At one point his patience broke for waiting too long and he lay alone. But even sleep seemed to betray him tonight. All he did was tossing and turning on the bed restlessly.

Charles was greatly annoyed because, first, Nancy didn't come back to their bedroom and second she had been ignoring him and spending all the time with the children.

At one point, he lost his patience and decided to go to the children's room and see for himself.

As he entered their room he asked summoning a happy voice, "Kids, are you still playing?" He feigned a happy and excited expression as he joined the lively atmosphere.
