According to those who witnessed the battle, Forty-nine killed Santino without using a Chaotic Treasure. Thus, it can be assumed his strength is at least equivalent to a Five-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God.”

The Omnipotent Lord had roughly evaluated James’ strength.
